Product Program Manager, CSS - Bogota

At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

 

What you’ll  do

• Work alongside a software development team to track product delivery and product maintenance tasks.
• Create and maintain a published product roadmaps for teams; ensuring clarity on the key objectives of each project (Note: you will not be the product owner for the Roadmap, you will partner with the Product Manager to publish the team team’s roadmap in Jira)
• Issue triage: assist in the assignment and planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development.
• Collaborate with teams to serve as the primary point of contact during project life cycles to manage health, scope and facilitate feedback sessions; capturing customer experience and bringing these insights to the product development team.
• Set up systems for stakeholders and teams to provide visibility into project workflow, delivery tracking and product documentation.
• Facilitate & lead enablement sessions with cross-functional teams

 

What we’re looking for

• A  minimum of 3 years handling a software product or service 
• Customer obsessed
• An advanced level of English is required for the position (written and verbal)
• Experience in stakeholder management as you will have constant interaction with managers and coworkers 
• Attention to detail, proven organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to instill trust and influence
