CSS | CloudKitchens is a fast growing, global, innovative tech company with core emphases in Real Estate, Real Estate Tech, FoodTech, and FinTech. The Product Program Management (PPM) Team is passionate about making sure we are building products right from their inception; making products reliable through testing and bug resolution; evangelizing the adoption of new product globally; supporting product ops with great tools and training; building and maintaining a knowledge base; and keeping our software engineers focused upon building new products by providing proactive communication and resolution of bugs and issues. Challenges include cross-functional stakeholder management, product adoption evangelism, and scaling product operations and program management globally - in a customized fashion for each product and region. This is a dynamic role where you can make real operational impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Insights
    • Planning & prioritization: Helping product teams collect business insights (through qualitative research with customers and quantitative analysis) from ops and injecting them into the product organization for prioritization
    • Feature request process: help flag and raise product pain points which need a new feature to be addressed
    • Consult on PRD: Partner with the PM by providing Ops inputs as the team works on a product solution
  • Product Rollout Coordination
    • Collaborate with the product team on designing testing & rollout plans
    • Own ops-testing & feature validation process including launch checklists
    • Communicate the rollout plans to stakeholders. Co-own feature launch emails, as well as reporting on feature’s impact and success
  • Product Maintenance
    • Own the phab process: be the bridge between ops & product on bugs & issues tracking
    • PM+Product Ops: co-own the prioritization of bugs along with the PM (strong analytical background is a major plus for this)
    • Build a rapport with engineers and work directly with them, in some cases, remove the requirement of PM-in-the-loop on bugs and issue resolution
  • Roadmap Transparency
    • Provide ops and business stakeholders transparency into the product roadmap and product priorities
    • Co-own project tracking & management, help providing visibility to non-product stakeholders on what’s being worked upon by the team at any point of time
    • Co-own the product update email/newsletter
  • Knowledge Management
    • Making product knowledge accessible and relevant. Own the ops education piece for new product features
    • Decks/Docs for how product features work, constraints, limitations etc

What You’ll Need

  • Communication and stakeholder management. This includes knowing when to push things.
  • Systems thinking: the ability to understand Delivery product offerings, how they add value, and how they technically function. This likely overlaps with people who have shown analytical prowess: ex people with pasts in consulting, banking, or other analytical roles in tech companies, and people with economics, finance, or engineering degrees.
  • Organization & project management skills
  • Proficiency with Excel–the ability to use pivot tables, a variety of lookup functions, a variety of aggregate formulas, and charts / graphs.

Bonus Points If

  • SQL proficiency
  • Prior Product Ops or Program Management experience
  • Prior experience working with engineers & data scientists
