What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable HR Shared Services processes, influencing HR systems, tools, and roadmaps using frontline operational insights and employee feedback.
- Oversee daily HR Shared Services operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs, monitoring workload trends, and allocating team resources to meet demand efficiently.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality end-to-end employee experience across the employee lifecycle, serving as the primary escalation point for complex employee inquiries.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to assess needs, identify gaps, share best practices, and ensure alignment of HR services with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and data-driven recommendations to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience within HR Shared Services, People Operations, or a similar function
- 3–5 years of domain experience supporting HR processes, policies, and programs
- Demonstrated experience managing service delivery against SLAs and KPIs
- Proven ability to handle escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across regions and functions
- Experience leading teams through change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
