Executive Talent Specialist, City Storage Systems - Los Angeles
At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food to help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery, changing the game whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or established quick-service restaurant chains.
What you’ll do
As an Executive Talent Specialist, you’ll partner with the Global Head of Executive Recruiting to support high-impact leadership hiring across the portfolio, combining operational excellence with executive-level communication and insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives for the CEO and top-tier leadership, delivering high-impact, crystal-clear updates that drive alignment and accelerate critical executive search momentum.
- Problem Solver: Serve as the strategic right-hand to the Head of Executive Recruiting, architecting structure, anticipating challenges, and executing proactive solutions in a dynamic, high-stakes talent acquisition landscape.
- Process Improvement: Document, optimize, and revolutionize executive hiring guides and frameworks, building the scalable infrastructure that guarantees consistency and world-class rigor in our search processes.
- Candidate Experience: Take full ownership of the elite, end-to-end journey for executive candidates, from orchestrating complex logistics and agendas to delivering an unparalleled, high-touch onsite hosting experience that defines our premium executive brand.
- Events: Conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive, high-impact recruitment events and targeted executive networking sessions that expand our talent pipeline.
- Reporting: Design, build, and manage cutting-edge executive recruiting dashboards, transforming raw data into real-time pipeline insights and essential metrics that fuel confident, data-driven decisions at the highest levels of leadership.

- STEM Degree
- Master Communicator: Possess the executive presence and magnetic communication prowess to confidently shape dialogue and drive strategy with senior leaders.
- Data Fluent: Comfort and experience transforming raw data, dashboards, and reporting tools into clear, game-changing insights and actionable intelligence.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptionally organized, with a talent for proactive problem-solving, anticipating needs, building structure, and thriving in a high-velocity environment.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - 85,000.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
