What you’ll do

As a Design Manager based in Los Angeles, you will play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of CloudKitchens facilities across our portfolio. This role focuses on design leadership and technical coordination rather than people management.

You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from early concept through construction documentation and delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that designs meet operational needs, architectural standards, and construction requirements.

This position requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to solve complex design challenges while maintaining project momentum.

 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a design professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and approximately five to ten years of experience in architectural design. Strong proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is essential, along with experience reviewing drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who is comfortable managing complex project workflows in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction standards is highly valued, particularly within industrial, commercial, or food-related facilities. Experience collaborating with U.S.-based teams or global project stakeholders is also a plus.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our New York office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $143,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
