What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop essential water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, transmission lines, and more.

  • Create detailed engineering plans, specifications, and technical drawings.

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

  • Conduct technical analyses such as hydraulic modeling, process simulations, and environmental assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Prepare and present compelling project proposals, reports, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in water resources engineering with a proven track record in system design and construction.

  • Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in hydraulics, water rights, source capacity, storage, treatment, distribution, and transmission.

  • Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, and other relevant tools.

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledgeable: Thorough understanding of regulations and industry standards.
