Corporate Training Content & Resources Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and highly skilled communicator to serve as Corporate Training Content & Resources Manager. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving companywide training materials, operational resources, business communications, and field-facing content that support consistent onboarding, operational training, compliance requirements, and ongoing employee development across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be able to support training content projects while also assisting with broader Corporate Operations responsibilities. This position will partner with corporate leadership, field leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure training content, operational communications, manuals, newsletters, and related resources are accurate, accessible, practical, and aligned with company policies, procedures, and business goals. This role also offers the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position within Training Content and Resources over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, e-learning content, manuals, newsletters, and other resource documents.
  • Draft and edit clear, professional business communications, including emails, announcements, procedure updates, field communications, meeting materials, and general operational resources.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives by creating clear, consistent, practical, and user-friendly resources for corporate, field leadership, Area Managers, and branch employees.
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to identify content needs, knowledge gaps, communication needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of in-person and e-learning resources, including content created in Rise 360 or similar platforms.
  • Organize and manage training and operational content to ensure materials are current, accessible, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and communicating company meetings, training initiatives, operational rollouts, and new processes or procedures.
  • Support the onboarding and continued development of new Area Managers by helping prepare materials, resources, schedules, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain and update state-specific manuals, operational guides, procedure documents, and department resources as business needs change.
  • Review feedback and update training materials, communications, and resource documents as needed to improve clarity, consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Analyze training activity, participation, completion, feedback, and related information, and assist with preparing reports or summaries for leadership.
  • Balance training content development with general Corporate Operations support responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure training resources and operational communications align with company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and operational expectations.

Qualifications

  • Some experience developing, maintaining, and coordinating training content, learning resources, instructional materials, process documents, procedural guides, business communications, or similar resources required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, editing, and business writing skills, including the ability to write clear emails, procedures, newsletters, announcements, and field-facing communications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to different audiences.
  • Experience creating or maintaining training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, manuals, newsletters, and e-learning content preferred.
  • Experience with e-learning tools preferred; Rise 360, Articulate experience is a plus.
  • Ability to learn operational processes and translate policies, procedures, and business expectations into clear, practical training resources and communications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate leadership, field operations, Area Managers, branch employees, and subject matter experts.
  • Willingness to support both content development and general Operations responsibilities, including meeting support, process communication, manual updates, training reporting, and department resource management.
  • Interest in growing into a broader leadership role within Training Content and Resources over time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Majority company paid Health, Dental and Vision
  • 401k Program

  • 2 Weeks paid Vacation, 6 paid Holidays, 2 PTO and 5 Sick days
  • 40hr Work Week – Monday thru Friday
  • Work from home 1 day per week after completion of training.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to work scheduled hours
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
