Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our dynamic fintech startup. This role will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial part in managing relationships with investors, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Investor Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, managing communications, updates, and relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budget management in collaboration with finance and executive teams.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the CEO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze company performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.
- Special Projects: Undertake special projects as assigned by the CEO, ranging from market research to operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a strategic role within a fintech or startup company or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of investor relations, financial analysis, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
