What you'll do
We're looking for an Key Account Manager to drive Clara’s growth and solidify our position as the leading spend management platform in Latin America. You will be at the forefront of our expansion in the Brazilian market, responsible for:

Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.

Partnering with prospective clients to understand their financial workflows and positioning Clara as a strategic solution for spend control and liquidity.

Collaborating with the Product and Operations teams to share market feedback and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

Developing and executing territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.

Maintaining accurate records and forecasts within Hubspot to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Who you are

Must haves
-
7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or the financial services sector.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment.

Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate sales workflows and prospecting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the CFO and C-suite level.

Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a high degree of resilience.

Proficiency in managing sales pipelines using Hubspot.
Nice to haves
-
Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn it.

Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.

Experience using Amplemarket or N8N for outbound automation.

A good sense of humor.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
