Sales Development Representative

Clara is creating a new kind of SDR position built for an AI‑powered future. As our first Outbound Architect you will own the entire top‑of‑funnel process. Your mission is to open conversations with senior finance leaders across Latin America and to build the automation that keeps those conversations flowing. You will work side by side with leadership and AEs to turn successful tactics into repeatable systems for the whole team.
What you will do
Design executive outbound
- Engage CFOs, controllers, and other finance leaders at enterprise and mid‑market accounts with focused, personal outreach
- Build and run multi‑touch campaigns in Amplemarket across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate timing and messaging with leadership and AEs
- Treat every message like it comes from a founder: clear, relevant, and worth a reply
Build and refine the outbound engine
- Operate our stack: Amplemarket, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI tools
- Create high‑conversion sequences and clean data flows that scale without losing quality
- Test new copy, formats, and channels; keep what works and discard what doesn’t
Raise the bar for prospecting
- Share learnings, templates, and playbooks that help the team prospect faster and smarter
- Keep CRM and outreach data organized and reliable
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement at the top of the funnel
What you bring:
- Two to four years of success in outbound sales, SDR, or sales automation at a high‑growth B2B company
- Hands‑on experience with Amplemarket or similar multichannel tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and modern sales AI utilities
- Clear, persuasive writing; you sound human, not automated
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and driven by measurable results
- Fluent Spanish and confident business English

- Track record of selling to finance or operations executives
- Experience building outbound processes from scratch
