What you'll do
We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of card-related products that are central to Clara’s mission. You will drive strategy, execution, and team leadership across multiple squads, ensuring that every initiative delivers business impact. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, and plays a vital role in bringing new features to market, scaling existing capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:

Defining the strategic vision and roadmap for a group of card-related products

Leading multiple cross-functional squads from ideation through delivery, go-to-market, and growth

Managing day-to-day execution while connecting team efforts to high-level business goals

Mentoring and coaching product managers to build a high-performing team

Partnering with Visa, MasterCard, and Minsait to ensure product scalability and regulatory alignment

Collaborating with business, operations, engineering, and design stakeholders to align roadmaps and deliver measurable value
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves

Strong track record of leading and scaling high-performing product teams, especially within card and payments ecosystems

Deep expertise in Minsait and its application in card processing

Proven success managing relationships with Visa and MasterCard

Experience delivering impactful products in B2B fintech environments

Excellent strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute in complex environments

Experience driving innovation in competitive markets

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Working proficiency in English and Spanish
Nice to haves

Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory constraints in Latin America

Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups

Passion for developing AI-enhanced tools or platforms that improve card operations

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
