We are looking for a Cards & Card Processing Director that will be responsible for the strategic planning, growth, and success of a group of related products, ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and coordination to achieve business objectives
Also, will be key part of strategic product planning, cross-product coordination, portfolio optimization, resource allocation, roadmap alignment, executive-level communication, product team leadership, and market trend analysis
This role will collaborate with executives, senior stakeholders, and product teams to align product strategies, coordinate efforts, and drive successful product outcomes across the product group
Requirements
- Strong experience leading and scale high-performing teams in the development and management of modern card products.
- Leverage deep expertise in Minsait to optimize card processing systems and drive operational excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with Visa and MasterCard to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
- Drive innovation in product development, drawing on fintech experience to create competitive solutions.
- Experience in B2B environments is ideal, with a focus on delivering value to corporate clients.
- Collaborate across departments to align card processing strategy with business objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Excellent English Level.
