Associate Product Manager

Objective

  • Enhance product management tools for seamless user experiences aligned with business goals.
  • Improve customer interactions and operational efficiency by identifying and implementing valuable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product tools (Customer.io, Hubspot, Zendesk, Qualtrics, Beamer, Twilio) for seamless customer and team experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, data, and design teams to enhance workflows and ensure tools align with business goals.
  • Analyze data to improve customer interaction, optimize communication tools, and boost conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Implement and customize product tools to align with business needs and user experience.
  • Support internal teams by managing their needs with urgency, providing solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor tool performance and gather insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Bridge technical and business areas, ensuring solutions address real needs and add value.

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years in product management, product tool support, or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of integrating and configuring Customer.io, Hubspot, Zendesk, Qualtrics, Beamer, and Twilio and/or similar
  • Experience optimizing workflows for internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure platform alignment with business goals.
  • Strong ability to manage internal needs with urgency, empathy, ownership and accountability
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven tool and process optimization.
  • Clear communication skills to explain technical solutions and improvements to stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
