We are looking for talented candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in English—our written communication and documentation are in English
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws (local and international)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex employee situations
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ideally located in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
Description of the Role:
As part of the People Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience at Clara. Your contributions will support the development, well-being, and performance of our team members, ensuring that our people strategies align with the company’s mission and goals. While the specific responsibilities may vary by role, typical tasks will include:
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and manage the recruitment process. Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement programs that promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and implement initiatives that foster a positive company culture.
- Performance Management: Support managers and employees with performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans. Assist in creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution, employee concerns, and HR best practices. Ensure that employees are heard and supported in their career journeys.
- HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Learning and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs that support both personal and professional growth. Promote career development opportunities for all employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
