We are looking for a Back Office Associate position who will:
  • Perform chargeback process and management on issuer related tasks
  • Reply customer and internal tickets related to day-to-day operations
  • Execute invoices movements on clients account to make sure that all the information is being sent correctly to cardholders
  • Support our logistics process, monitoring the deliveries of our cards
  • Support in the performance of administrative functions, aiming to optimize the operational and procedural aspects of the company
Our requirements for this position are:
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services/fintech in operations/back office
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • At least B1 English level
Additional Skills & Plus:
  • Prior experience on chargeback activities
  • Prior experience on working with credit card industry
