What you'll do
We're looking for a Collections Analyst to join our São Paulo team and play a key role in Clara’s revenue operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, thrives in dynamic environments, and is driven by problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead the early-stage collections process, maintain high standards in external agency collaboration, and serve as a critical connector between clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring timely payments, maintaining a high-quality customer experience, and optimizing collection strategies to drive Clara’s financial health.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves

Experience in early-stage collections, particularly via WhatsApp and phone

Strong task management and organizational skills

Familiarity with Excel for data tracking and process support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working proficiency in Portuguese

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
