Account Executive (B2B SaaS | São Paulo – Hybrid)

What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Sales
- Own the complete sales process — from discovery to close
- Lead consultative sales conversations with CFOs and finance teams
Strategic Account Management
- Build a strong pipeline using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and outbound tools
- Customize proposals and position ROI-driven solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients
Collaboration & Forecasting
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive the sales motion
- Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to weekly forecasting and learning sessions
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Proven track record in B2B and consultative sales
- Comfortable navigating finance stakeholders and complex buying cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese + professional working English
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or payment solutions
- Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers or Finance Directors
- Passion for solving real customer pain through smart technology
