Account Executive (B2B Fintech | São Paulo – Hybrid)

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Sales

  • Own the complete sales process — from discovery to close
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with CFOs and finance teams

Strategic Account Management

  • Build a strong pipeline using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and outbound tools
  • Customize proposals and position ROI-driven solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients

Collaboration & Forecasting

  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive the sales motion
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to weekly forecasting and learning sessions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B and consultative sales
  • Comfortable navigating finance stakeholders and complex buying cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
  • Fluency in Portuguese + professional working English
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Bonus Points

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or payment solutions
  • Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers or Finance Directors
  • Passion for solving real customer pain through smart technology
