What you'll do

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to lead Clara’s Referrals channel strategy and performance. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Lifecycle, and Growth, and plays a critical part in Clara’s mission to expand through scalable, high-impact word-of-mouth acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing and enhancing the performance of our referral program, identifying the most effective incentive structures, and embedding viral loops throughout the customer journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align referral initiatives with broader lifecycle and product-led growth goals.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading ongoing referral strategy and optimization, using data to iterate on incentive structures, touchpoints, and viral mechanics
  • Benchmarking against industry best practices to evolve our reward structure and campaign design
  • Measuring and reporting on key KPIs such as referral activation, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Designing experiments and developing hypotheses that guide our growth planning
  • Collaborating with Lifecycle and Product teams to integrate referrals into CRM, lifecycle journeys, and in-product experiences

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • 1–2 years working in a Growth, Product, or Lifecycle team
  • Experience operating or contributing to successful referral programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and marketing KPIs
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business and product mechanics
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, CRM tools, or product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Braze, or Saasquatch
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Experience using Metabase, Hubspot, or N8N
  • Experience in campaign personalization or product-led growth initiatives

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
