What you'll do
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help accelerate Clara’s growth in Brazil. You’ll be at the front line of our commercial strategy—responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential leads into real business opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and shaping how prospects experience Clara from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:

Mapping and prospecting new business opportunities across digital channels

Reaching out to qualified leads with personalized messaging that communicates the Clara story

Using a consultative, proactive approach to guide prospects through the decision-making process

Influencing potential customers to sign up and become active users of Clara

Being a native social seller using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Keeping our CRM (e.g., Hubspot) up to date with high-quality strategic information

Participating in weekly forecast and pipeline review meetings
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
-
2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative in a B2B environment

Proven ability to prospect and qualify leads

Native Portuguese and working proficiency in English

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset
Nice to haves

Experience using Hubspot, Google Drive, or similar tools

Comfortable with social selling through Sales Navigator and other digital platforms

Interest in AI tools to streamline lead generation and outreach

A good sense of humor

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
