What you'll do
We're looking for a Sales Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our Sales Team. You will ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to Clara’s high standards by managing critical data, governing our sales stack, and enabling our team to execute flawlessly.
-
CRM Governance: Manage HubSpot administration for Inbound and Outbound Acquisition teams. You will own account assignment, territory segmentation, and the resolution of controversies regarding account ownership to ensure absolute data integrity in our Book of Business.
-
Sales Stack Management: Own the governance of the Amplemarket sequence library. You will ensure content aligns with Clara’s brand messaging, manage lead lists for specific Sales Territories, and monitor adoption to ensure the team is utilizing approved sequences effectively.
-
Performance Analysis: Manage and update performance scorecards for New Hires. You will track goals against operational metrics—including activity volume, pipeline generation, and data accuracy—to measure ramp-up success.
-
Enablement & Training: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary trainer for HubSpot, Amplemarket, and Sales Navigator. You will conduct hands-on training for new hires and existing team members to drive adoption and best practices.
-
Process Optimization: Develop and monitor reports to track adherence to operational workflows and identify areas of opportunity within our sales calls and processes.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
-
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or sales support role.
-
Language: Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
-
CRM Expertise: Direct experience managing data, reports, and administrative functions within a major CRM. Experience with HubSpot is explicitly required for this role.
-
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Drive tools, specifically Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, logical functions) for reporting and data manipulation.
-
Sales Engagement: Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (such as Amplemarket, Outreach, or Salesloft) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
-
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the specific ability to break down complex tools into digestible training for new hires.
-
Adaptability: A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to fast-changing environments while maintaining organized workflows.
-
Execution: Exceptional attention to detail required for managing large datasets across HubSpot and Amplemarket.
Nice to haves
-
Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it.
-
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
-
Independent analytical skills using SQL or Python.
-
A good sense of humor.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
