We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our product narrative and go-to-market strategy. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex capabilities into compelling stories. We need a strategist who is not just a marketer, but a market observer; someone who knows how to use the internet to find answers, spot trends, and solve problems.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Orchestrate end-to-end product launches, weaving market insights with product capabilities to drive the adoption flywheel.
  • Decode Internet Culture & Trends: Act as our digital "eyes on the ground," leveraging forums and niche communities to uncover unfiltered insights and emerging trends.
  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the product journey from discovery to adoption, influencing the roadmap with data-driven feedback.
  • Sales Enablement: Empower the sales team with high-impact content and tools that articulate value across the entire sales cycle.
  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to refine pricing structures, packaging tiers, and commercial strategies that maximize adoption and revenue.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Bridge global strategy and local execution, driving cross-team initiatives across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia

What You Need

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years specifically in Product Marketing shipping products and driving adoption.
  • Startup DNA: Thrived in hyper-growth startups; hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Martech & AI Fluency: Experience leveraging Martech stacks to scale adoption, combined with an AI-first mindset to force-multiply impact.
  • Strategic Rigor: Consulting background (top-tier) is highly desirable; you bring structured problem-solving to complex challenges.
  • Digital Native: A true "internet nerd" who understands online discourse and community dynamics to generate unique creative angles.
  • Language Skills: Business fluency in English is essential; Portuguese or Spanish is a strong differentiator
  • SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn) and growth levers.

Bonus Points

  • Fintech Experience: Direct experience in B2B Fintech, payments, or credit.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
