We're looking for a Massive Acquisition Sales Representative to accelerate our customer acquisition. In this role, you will be the driving force behind turning inbound interest into long-term partnership, bringing a high level of discipline, organization, and result-orientation to our sales engine.
You will contribute to Clara’s mission by:

Serving, qualifying, and closing opportunities from inbound leads originating from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and direct requests.

Prioritizing a large pipeline of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing your energy on closing the most promising opportunities.

Conducting commercial negotiations, effectively communicating Clara’s value proposition, and following through until the deal is closed.

Managing a massive portfolio of accounts and identifying the highest-potential companies for deeper engagement.

Running mass outbound sequences through Hubspot, Amplemarket, WhatsApp campaigns, and cold calls to re-engage or activate inbound contacts.

Utilizing CRM tools for effective lead management, including building reports, sequences, and templates to optimize your workflow.

Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial interest to full activation.
Who you are
“We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.”
Must haves:

2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate, ideally handling high-volume inbound pipelines within the fintech or SaaS industry.

Working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Proven experience using Hubspot for sequencing, lead management, and campaign automation.

Strong written communication skills and confidence in cold calling and prospecting.

High level of adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of role-specific execution.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of accounts independently.

Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and enhance lead qualification.
Nice to haves:

Experience with N8N or other automation tools to improve sales productivity.

Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or basic SQL to track conversion analytics.

Interest in sales enablement and reporting.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
