We're hiring a Sales Enablement Representative to equip our sales team with the content, intelligence, and tools they need to move buyers through the funnel and close deals with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product knowledge — and it's central to how our Growth Marketing team scales its impact.

Responsibilities:
- Create and curate sales collateral — pitch decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and case studies — tailored to specific buyer stages and personas.
- Build and continuously maintain competitive battlecards that give reps real-time, actionable guidance on objection handling and differentiation.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and synthesize market and industry research into clear, actionable intelligence for the sales team.
- Serve as the expert reviewer of AI-generated content before it reaches sales stakeholders — validating accuracy, brand alignment, and contextual fit.
- Own intake and prioritization of sales content requests and manage distribution of GTM assets across the sales organization.
- Support the sales team in responding to proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring submissions are accurate, on-brand, and positioned to win.
- Develop and deliver sales training materials, onboarding resources, and product messaging guides.
- Track how sales assets are used and performing, feeding insights back into content iteration and workflow improvement
You might be ideal if you have:
- Working knowledge of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, and deal stages.
- Experience creating sales collateral such as battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and talk tracks.
- Strong editorial judgment — you can spot factual, tonal, and strategic errors in AI-generated content before it goes out the door.
- Competitive research skills and the ability to synthesize market intelligence into practical guidance.
- A collaborative style — you work comfortably across BDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Fathom).
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with AI content tools and prompt-based workflows.
