Clinical Business Development Outreach Specialist

Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice, consisting of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs), Psychologists, and Therapists, offering services across several key areas, including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), outpatient psychiatry, and outpatient therapy. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development/Outreach Specialist to drive outreach efforts across our multiple service lines. This role will focus on expanding community partnerships, enhancing referral networks, and promoting Clarity Clinic’s mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral health and be skilled in developing business opportunities within a healthcare setting. 

In this role, you will: 

Lead Generation and Community Outreach: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various mental health services, including PHP/IOP, TMS, outpatient psychiatry, and therapy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local mental health agencies.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract new clients and partners for specific service lines.
  • Conduct outreach to hospitals, schools, and other key referral sources to promote Clarity Clinic’s mental health programs. 

Service Line-Specific Strategies: 

  • Work closely with clinical directors and department heads to tailor outreach efforts that align with the specific needs of PHP/IOP, TMS, and outpatient services.
  • Coordinate outreach strategies for each service line to ensure broad community awareness and understanding of Clarity Clinic’s comprehensive offerings.
  • Stay informed of trends in mental health services to better position Clarity Clinic’s programs in the market. 

Brand Representation and Marketing Collaboration: 

  • Represent Clarity Clinic at community events, conferences, health fairs, and professional meetings to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for each service line.
  • Present Clarity Clinic’s services and programs to healthcare providers, potential partners, and community stakeholders, emphasizing the benefits of our integrated approach to mental wellness. 

Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

  • Partner with internal teams, including PHP/IOP leadership, TMS coordinators, psychiatrists, and therapists, to ensure alignment between clinical offerings and outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback to the clinical and administrative teams about community needs and referral patterns to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with insights to refine marketing strategies specific to mental health and wellness services. 

Reporting and Performance Monitoring: 

  • Track outreach activities and compile data on lead generation, referral sources, and community partnerships.
  • Prepare reports on outreach effectiveness, growth in referral networks, and opportunities for improvement in business development strategies.
  • Analyze the success of specific outreach campaigns tailored to PHP, IOP, TMS, psychiatry, and therapy services. 

Event Coordination and Sponsorship Management: 

  • Plan and coordinate mental health awareness events, workshops, and professional seminars to increase Clarity Clinic’s visibility in the community.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and follow-up with attendees and potential referral sources. 

 Minimum Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or outreach, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field. 
  • Proven success in establishing partnerships and referral networks within a healthcare setting. 
  • Strong understanding of mental health service lines, including PHP, IOP, TMS, outpatient psychiatry, and therapy. 
  • Experience with developing and implementing outreach strategies in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, marketing, or a related field.
