- Design and develop robust and high-quality tools and solutions with a focus on users’ needs over all other factors
- Integrate testing into day-to-day development activities and contribute to continuous integration pipelines for capabilities being built
- Decompose customer requests into smaller, more manageable tasks for the team to work on
- Must have an active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Degree requirement can be met with four years of hands-on experience in a software engineer or similar full-time position
- 4+ years of experience as a professional software developer
- Proficient in the following programming languages – Python, C, or similar
- Comfortable and proficient in Linux-based development and deployment environments
- Ability to collaborate with a team but execute independently
- Experience communicating with customers and end-users
- Comfortable in a high-trust, adaptable, team environment
- Experience in a software development or similar role
- Experience contributing to and leading the design of new capabilities
- Experience kicking off a project in a technical role
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in computer system networking
- Experience in the Offensive Cyber Operations domain
- Experience with Hackathons or Capture the Flag (CTF) events
