Role
As a Senior SRE at Clarity, you’ll lead initiatives to build scalable, reliable, and automated infrastructure. You’ll mentor team members and take ownership of systems that are critical to operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Lead incident response and facilitate root cause analysis.
- Automate complex processes to reduce failure and increase consistency.
- Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices.
- Partner with security and product teams to build secure and performant systems.

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
- Expert in cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), infrastructure as code, and container orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and systems troubleshooting.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, or related platforms.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience building internal platforms or tools to improve developer experience.
