Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us build the marketing engine that supports our business goals at Clarity. You'll optimize the performance of our channels in line with the marketing strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders, while immersing yourself in every nuance of the campaigns and projects that you own.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Own the management of our marketing channels, including events, content, email, and digital
- Tactically execute campaigns and initiatives across all of our marketing channels
- Produce content in service of campaigns and initiatives, such as blog posts, emails, website pages, case studies, webinars, and videos
- Articulate objectives and key metrics for campaigns and initiatives, as well as own the analysis of and reporting on performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and product/service offerings
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
- Proven experience as a generalist marketer
- Ability to articulate our unique value propositions elegantly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and context-switching, to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tool
- Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector is a plus, but not required
- Some travel required, to help run large conference events and attend team retreats
