The first step in fulfilling this mission is our transformative financial aid application, which launched in 2022 and has already grown to over 700 private K-12 schools and 100,000 family users. Building on this momentum, we have started building a second product, which will launch in 2024 and are uniquely positioned to solve a variety of problems for both schools and families.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, your primary objective will be to ensure that the schools you work with are fully trained and supported throughout the year so that they are able to use the Clarity software to achieve their strategic priorities and operational goals.
We have assembled a diverse team of highly qualified and experienced industry professionals to build and deliver Clarity. You will work alongside a team of client success managers that each maintain a portfolio of schools. This role will specifically involve the following responsibilities:
- Training schools through the onboarding and implementation process.
- Proactively scheduling and leading regular check in calls with schools throughout the year and ensuring that they are on track to hit their goals using Clarity.
- Serving as a trusted thought partner to the schools on all aspects of their financial aid and enrollment management strategy.
- Communicating with the product team any feature requests or product improvements that could be made to better serve the schools and families who benefit from the use of Clarity software.
- Responding quickly to support inquiries that schools submit and escalating relevant ones to the appropriate internal teams.
- Soliciting and documenting feedback data from client schools.
- Attending and participating in regular team/company meetings as scheduled.
- Attending and representing Clarity at professional conferences as needed throughout the year.
- Completing manual verification of tax documentation on an as-needed basis especially during peak season.
- Performing other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Traits of an Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 5 years’ direct work experience in a PK-12 school business office or non-profit billing or business management.
- Maintains a growth mindset and is eager to join a quickly growing team that provides many opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Embraces uncertainty and views the ability to design processes with excitement.
- Genuinely enjoys and finds fulfillment in helping people solve their problems.
- Is comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and software quickly
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience using spreadsheets to analyze data and drive decision making.
