Western Grocery Account Representative

Clean Simple Eats is seeking a skilled Grocery Account Representative with a passion for sales and current relationships with grocery buyers and distributors. As our Western Grocery Account Rep, you will be responsible for managing a portion of CSE's existing grocery accounts, as well as developing new accounts in Utah and the Western United States region. You will also manage the launch of new products into wholesale channels, develop and execute promotional plans, and assist with marketing efforts for each account. The position is an integral part of the sales and account management team, and reports to our National Grocery Account Manager. The ideal candidate must be located in Utah, and is willing and available to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with current grocery partners.
• Develop new customers within grocery and other mass retail outlets.
• Create and manage promotional plan/cycle for both new and current grocery retail partners.
• Manage relationships with current retail distribution partners.
• Manage the setup process for new items at both current and future grocery/distribution partners.
• Travel to industry trade shows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in grocery sales/distribution.
• 3+ years of experience working with UNFI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Established relationships with buyers at grocery and other retail outlets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $75,000
