
Community Engagement Specialist
At CSE, we're all about creating a positive and personalized experience for every member of our CSE Squad. We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Community Engagement Specialist to leverage the power of social media to engage and connect with our community. We believe in the transformative impact of digital platforms in fostering meaningful relationships and driving brand awareness. This position requires availability to work Monday through Sunday, with the main focus on Saturday and Sunday, for a total of 25+ hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with customers online and act as a key resource on social community management best practices
- Manage, monitor, and respond to comments and direct messages in the brand’s voice on CSE’s posts on multiple platforms in a timely manner
- Answer questions about the brand or products and refer direct messages and appropriate information to relevant team members to answer or provide solutions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and sentiment, and identify new social media trends, to share with relevant teams
- Identify creators who align with the brand and mission for our Brand Partnership program
- Proactively engage on relevant content posted daily by consumers, influencers, and like-minded brands
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer experience, and social/content, to ensure alignment and brand consistency in messaging
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms—Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to use social media strategically to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Passion for social media, customer service, and keeping up with the latest trends
- Experience working in social media and with Meta Business Suite (preferred)
- Creative thinker who thrives on building meaningful connections within our online community
- Flexible and dependable—thrives in both collaborative and independent environments
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Extensive knowledge of CSE products, website content, blog posts, and all other available resources
- Confident in maintaining brand voice and fostering authentic community engagement across platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $18-20 per hour
Location: Remote, Utah preferred
