
Retail Marketing Project Manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Retail Marketing Project Manager to lead the development and execution of design-forward marketing initiatives across retail channels. This role bridges marketing strategy and visual execution, overseeing the creation of retail displays, website assets, and retail presentation decks. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, an eye for design, and experience managing timelines for creative team members in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Project Management: Own and manage timelines for the development of retail design assets including in-store displays, online retail assets, and promotional materials.
- Design Team Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between marketing, sales, operations, and design teams—briefing projects, aligning on creative priorities, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Product Launch Support: Oversee design timelines and asset creation for new product launches, including packaging updates, retail toolkits, and channel-specific creative needs.
- Retail Presentation Development: Create visually compelling presentation decks for internal reviews, retail buyer meetings, and line reviews, ensuring a strong brand presence and story.
- In-Store Experience: Collaborate with key retailers, brokers, and internal teams to concept and execute in-store visual merchandising and retail activations that bring the brand to life.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Will work closely with the Director of Marketing Creative, Director of Commercialization, and the sales team.
- Vendor & Production Oversight: Manage print production timelines and coordinate with external vendors for the execution of physical displays, signage, and retail kits.
- Asset Organization: Maintain an organized archive of retail assets, templates, and creative deliverables for easy access and reuse across teams and partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design Management, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in retail or trade marketing, with strong exposure to creative workflows and visual merchandising
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Monday.com and Canva
- Proven organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adapt and re-adjust priorities as needed
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with print production processes and file specs for retail signage/display
Salary: $65,000-75,000 annually
Location: Remote or Hybrid (if in the SLC, UT area)
