CLEAR is looking for a strategic operator and trusted partner to the CEO, President, and Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will drive high-priority initiatives, structure executive decision-making, and ensure the leadership team is focused, aligned, and executing against CLEAR’s top priorities. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll bring analytical rigor, operational structure, and cross-functional fluency to help drive performance and unlock leverage.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and operationalize cross-functional, high-impact initiatives—from scoping and planning through to execution and results tracking
  • Design and implement mechanisms to track progress against company-wide goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives, surfacing insights and risks to drive accountability
  • Provide structured analytical support and business insight to the CEO, President, and Senior Leadership Team to inform decision-making and prioritize focus
  • Streamline executive operations - helping to prepare for key meetings, codify outcomes, and ensure clear follow-through and accountability
  • Identify and address cross-functional inefficiencies, helping to break down silos and optimize how the organization operates at the top
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to advance strategic projects, monitor business performance, and prepare materials for external and internal meetings

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
