Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, this role works closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Leadership to ensure programs are executed seamlessly and contribute to pipeline growth.
What you'll do:
- Support the planning and execution of CLEAR1’s field marketing programs, including industry conferences and trade shows, partner and co-marketed events, executive dinners and roundtables, webinars, and virtual or hybrid experiences.
- Act as the day-to-day project manager for events by leading kick-off calls, building timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and managing execution from planning through post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including registration, shipping, contracts, booth deliverables, vendor coordination, swag, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Partner closely with Sales to support alignment on target accounts, meeting plans, and post-event follow-up motions.
- Create and coordinate event-related content, including planning decks, presentation slides, speaker prep materials, session abstracts, collateral, and email communications.
- Manage creative requests by working with designers and creative partners to define requirements, track timelines, and ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Build and manage event-related emails in HubSpot and coordinate landing pages with the Creative team.
- Maintain the CLEAR1 event and content calendars, tracking key dates, milestones, owners, approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Support broader demand generation initiatives, including paid media, nurture and lifecycle email programs, and content syndication, in partnership with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned, including tracking event budgets, managing vendor contracts and invoices, and helping improve execution processes.
How you'll measure success:
- Support field marketing and demand generation programs that contribute to CLEAR1’s B2B pipeline, MQL → SQL conversion, and new logo growth.
- Increase engagement and conversion across event and campaign touchpoints, including event attendance, meetings set, leads captured, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner effectively with Sales and Growth teams to ensure field programs are aligned to account priorities, meeting goals, and follow-up motions that support win rates and sales velocity.
- Increase visibility and awareness of CLEAR1 through well-executed conferences, partner events, executive speaking opportunities, and hosted experiences.
- Execute programs on time and with operational excellence, measured by on-time launches, accurate lead handoff, and clean tracking of budgets, vendors, and assets.
What you're great at:
- 1–3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, demand generation, or a related role, with a strong focus on supporting and executing events.
- Excellent project manager with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, able to coordinate efforts across multiple teams, priorities, and timelines.
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build resilient relationships across the organization—especially with Sales and cross-functional partners—to drive shared success.
- Self-starter who is excited to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of execution, and make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable handling the full range of event execution, from kick-off calls and logistics to box packing, shipping details, contracts, and last-minute changes.
