Senior Director, Product Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to define and drive the end-to-end product marketing strategy for our travel product portfolio. In this role, you will own the product positioning, go-to-market strategy, growth narrative, and lifecycle marketing approach for both direct to customer and direct to business product marketing needs that accelerates adoption, retention, and engagement across millions of travelers as well as partners such as airlines, government officials, corporate agencies etc, .
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and external stakeholders to bring new travel products, features, and benefits to market and ensure they scale with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end product marketing for CLEAR’s travel portfolio, setting positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy across B2C and B2B audiences, and driving aligned messaging, campaigns, success metrics, and cross-functional partnership with Product and Design.
- Plan and execute high-impact launches (airport expansions, new benefits, new product features as well as driving adoption of existing product features, targeted roll out and ramp up plans orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven GTM campaigns, measure success and iterate messaging/roll out strategies based on learnings.
- Create messaging frameworks, content and creative asset libraries, project intake systems and a proactive product marketing event calendar to drive scalability and predictability for the whole organization
- Create a culture of high quality deliverables tailored to meet strategic and tactical business and customer needs for both B2C and B2B needs within the CLEAR Travel ecosystem.
- Partner deeply with Product, Design, Marketing and Operations to influence roadmaps, unlock acquisition and upsell opportunities, and accelerate engagement and retention across Member segments.
- Champion customer and market insights: identify behavioral trends, competitive shifts, and whitespace opportunities to inform product strategy and marketing investment.
- Develop repeatable messaging frameworks and value propositions to ensure clarity and consistency across all marketing assets and partner touchpoints.
- Own performance reporting: translate results into insights, business recommendations, and forward-looking optimizations for executive stakeholders.
How You’ll Measure Success:
- High-impact, cross-functional GTM moments executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Growth in CLEAR+ revenue (via improving key metrics such as Net member growth and Member Retention via app downloads, usage etc as well as new airports expanded, new partnerships signed etc).
- Increased engagement and usage of travel benefits across Member segments.
- Share + penetration gains in priority and under-penetrated travel markets.
- Clear, repeatable product marketing foundations that scale across the travel portfolio.
Who You Are:
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, partnerships, or program management within consumer, travel, or subscription businesses.
- Proven track record leading GTM strategies for high-visibility launches, complex product portfolios, and multi-team initiatives.
- Exceptional partner and stakeholder manager—adept at influencing internal leaders and external partners, including operations-heavy relationships.
- A strategic operator who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and can toggle between vision-setting and hands-on execution.

- Data-driven decision-making: comfortable with insights, testing frameworks, and performance analytics.
- Operational excellence: exceptional organization, program leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Organize Travel events and conferences for prospective and current CLEAR+ members as well as partners such as airlines, credit cards, government officials and enterprise representatives

The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$240,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
