  • Strong candidate experience scores and positive feedback from recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Consistent contribution to team metrics and OKRs through timely, accurate scheduling and coordination.
  • High accuracy, reliability, and adherence to SLAs across all recruiting activities.

What you’re great at:

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally in a tech environment supporting Engineering or technical teams.
  • You move fast, sweat the details, and have a strong sense of urgency—nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Exceptionally organized and naturally curious about business priorities and how to support them.
  • You thrive on new challenges and bring a “no job is too big or too small” mindset every day.
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • You take pride in having the answers—and when you don’t, you know exactly how to find them.
  • You have a strong customer-service mindset and aim for 100% satisfaction from candidates, recruiters, and business partners.
