Cybersecurity Intern (Summer 2026)

CLEAR interns solve real-world problems within collaborative teams of the industry’s most innovative technologists to build some of the world’s most advanced services and devices. What you'll do:

• Support projects within CLEAR’s Corporate Security and Investigations team, ensuring meaningful contributions to both your skill set and the company
• You will help identify, assess, and mitigate threats to the organization, including activity on social media and other external platforms
• You will also assist in evaluating and testing security and investigative tools from external vendors while being mentored by experienced Security professionals invested in your success

Who you are: 

• You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Criminal Justice or related field, graduating anytime between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027
• You are an innovative thinker with a strong interest in security, investigations, and threat analysis
• You are curious, analytical, and motivated to understand how technical and open-source information can be used to protect an organization

What you're great at:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of technical fundamentals such as IP addresses, basic SQL, scripting languages, digital communications metadata, and system logs
• Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) concepts, tools, and methodologies
• Experience or strong interest in identifying fraud, illegal activity, and emerging threats across online forums, social media, and digital platforms
• Ability to identify potential threats, misuse, or negative content related to the CLEAR brand and escalate appropriately
• Ability to evaluate tools and technologies and provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information

The hourly pay for this role is $45 per hour.
