- Build and scale a data-driven People function, using analytics to identify capability gaps, surface retention risks, and continuously improve programs and processes
- Partner with the VP, Talent to align workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design efforts across the business
- Drive change management efforts that enable CLEAR to evolve quickly without losing organizational cohesion or employee trust
How you'll measure success:
- Retention and engagement trends across corporate and field populations, tracked separately and in aggregate
- Adoption, utilization, and measurable ROI of talent management and L&D programs across supported functions
- Strength of succession pipelines and readiness of internal talent for key roles
- Speed and effectiveness of org design changes as reflected in team performance and hiring outcomes
- Team performance and development of direct reports within the People & Performance function
What you're great at:
- Leading and scaling People teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments, including supporting both corporate and distributed field populations
- Using data and analytics to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure program impact
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing People and business strategy across a matrixed organization
- Communicating clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and executing against a clear roadmap for change
- Deep expertise across talent management, L&D, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
