Who We're Looking For - Medicare Sales Manager
As the Sales Manager for Medicare, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize enrollment and revenue growth within the Medicare market. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of sales leaders, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the Medicare market. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges to inform strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership and Management: Manage a high-performing team of Sales Leaders. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and individual development.

Sales Performance Management: Monitor team sales performance, tracking progress towards goals and taking corrective actions as necessary. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance brokers, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other relevant industry partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts and promote a positive brand image.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CMS guidelines for Medicare sales. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to sales processes and training programs.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and market insights. Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

Sales Leadership and Sales Representative Development: Provide comprehensive development to sales leaders and sales representatives with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
What You Bring:

Proven track record of success in Medicare sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.

Strong knowledge of the Medicare market, including Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Supplement plans.

In-depth understanding of CMS regulations and compliance requirements for Medicare sales.

Must have an active Life & Health Insurance license
