Who We're Looking For - Bilingual Junior Staff Writer
The Bilingual Junior Staff Writer will be responsible for updating existing content across all of our platforms. This includes keeping compelling and engaging content relevant and up to date across various platforms, including our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials. The Bilingual Junior Staff Writer will have a strong writing background, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.
The Impact You Will Make
- Research internet providers and check our content to make sure information is accurate
- Make page-level updates to a variety of high-trafficked, high-priority pages
- Assist other writers and editors on content projects
- Manage the nuances of our WordPress-based CMS
- Proofread content for readability and accuracy
- Juggle numerous projects
- Facilitate and pitch creative ideas
- Study digital marketing and UX best practices
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, voice, content templates, and project type
- Collaborate with other writers, SEO specialists, project managers, and compliance specialists

- Fluent language skills and excellent writing ability in English and Spanish

Preferred Experience:
- Licenciatura en periodismo, comunicaciones, Inglés o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia comprobada como escritor, preferiblemente en un rol de medio digitales o marketing.
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de contenido.
- Dominio de las mejores prácticas de SEO y herramientas de investigación de palabras clave.
- Experiencia en periodismo, escritura, marketing de contenidos o un campo relacionado en un plus.
- Experiencia con Google Suite, Airtable, Wordpress, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, u otras aplicaciones de software similares es un plus.
