Who We're Looking For - Product Manager
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead some of Clearlink’s most strategic and technically complex platforms in the telecom optimization space. These systems are evolving from pilots into enterprise-scale, intelligent customer-sales and experience platforms that combine profitability optimization, automation, and exceptional user experience. You’ll own and execute on the end-to-end strategy, guiding both products from concept to full-scale deployment with major industry partners. The role demands sharp product instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability. You'll thrive here if you're a self-starter who sees gaps and fills them, creates structure from ambiguity, and gets energized by turning strategy into shipped features.
The Impact You Will Make
Strategic Product Leadership
- Own the roadmap for our internal platforms, aligning immediate optimization needs with long-term scalability
- Transform customer research and behavioral data into product requirements that drive satisfaction, conversion, and partner success
- Define success metrics that capture partner satisfaction, customer experience, and operational efficiency and conversion rates
- Actively manage and align complex stakeholder ecosystems including executives, partners, operations teams, and engineering
- Optimize revenue through deep funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, and strategic partnership models
- Coordinate technical implementations including API integrations, system deployments, and operational workflows
- Partner with Project Management to establish scalable processes for delivery, quality, and performance monitoring
How You'll Work
- Drive execution relentlessly - own deliverables end-to-end, from requirements to launch to optimization
- Create order from chaos through establishing processes, documentation, and systems where none exist
- Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate, without waiting for permission
- Juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, new requirements, and emerging opportunities
- Build your own playbooks for repeatable success rather than waiting for direction
Platform Development & Scaling
- Lead cross-functional teams to evolve emerging products into intelligent, scalable platforms
- Drive systematic experimentation through A/B testing frameworks and iterative improvement cycles
- Manage complex integrations across internal systems, partner platforms, and third-party services
- Ensure contractual and compliance alignment with technical implementations
- Establish standardized processes for partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimization
- Analyze traffic quality and conversion patterns to improve profitability
What You Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, telecom, or marketplace products
- Proven experience scaling products from pilot to enterprise-level operations, ideally with intelligent or automation-driven platforms
- Technical product background with experience in API integrations, telephony, or AI/ML optimization (or ability to ramp quickly)
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex, parallel workstreams
- Bias toward action - comfortable making decisions with 70% information rather than waiting for perfection
- Strong data analysis skills, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and success metric development
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders with tight deadlines
- Experience with B2B partnerships and external technical integrations
- Strong leadership skills to align engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Experience in iterative, fast-paced environments with real customer impact
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical complexity into business value for executives and partners
