Who We're Looking For - Product Manager
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead two of Clearlink’s most strategic and technically complex platforms in the telecom optimization space. These systems are evolving from pilots into enterprise-scale, intelligent customer-sales and experience platforms that combine profitability optimization, automation, and exceptional user experience. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, guiding both products from concept to full-scale deployment with major industry partners. The role demands sharp product instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability.
The Impact You Will Make
- Strategic Product Leadership
- Own the roadmap for both platforms, aligning immediate optimization needs with long-term scalability from pilot to enterprise
- Translate customer insights and data into business-driving product requirements that improve satisfaction, conversion, and partner outcomes
- Define success metrics that capture partner satisfaction, customer experience, and operational efficiency and conversion rates
- Manage stakeholder relationships across executives, partner strategists, internal business units, and engineering teams
- Drive revenue optimization by analyzing funnels, routing logic, and partner revenue-sharing models
- Coordinate technical deployments, QA, API integrations, and call center operations
- Partner with Project Managers to create scalable processes for defining key deliverables, QA, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Champion customer experience through research, feedback analysis, and design choices that balance optimization with satisfaction
- Lead Monetization Platform
- Lead cross-functional teams to evolve the platform into a scalable, intelligent service-matching engine that unlocks new revenue streams across multiple providers and channels
- Lead partner onboarding and integration strategy, setting standardized processes and timelines
- Optimize traffic routing using customer data, geography, and partner capacity constraints
- Ensure contractual and compliance alignment with technical implementations
- Analyze traffic quality and conversion patterns to improve profitability
- AI Voice Technology Platform
- Drive stakeholder alignment to evolve the platform from basic data capture into a fully intelligent digital sales and customer experience system
- Manage integrations with call centers, telephony systems, and address validation services
- Design customer data collection flows (usage habits, demographics, consent) to generate actionable customer intelligence
- Coordinate systematic testing and iteration through A/B frameworks to improve collection success
- Balance automation with customer experience by analyzing call recordings, completion rates, and satisfaction metrics
What You Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, telecom, or marketplace products
- Proven experience scaling products from pilot to enterprise-level operations, ideally with intelligent or automation-driven platforms
- Technical product background with experience in API integrations, telephony, or AI/ML optimization (or ability to ramp quickly)
- Strong data analysis skills, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and success metric development
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders with tight deadlines
- Experience with B2B partnerships and external technical integrations
- Familiarity with telecom or call center operations, or eagerness to learn complex regulatory/operational domains
- Strong leadership skills to align engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Experience in iterative, fast-paced environments with real customer impact
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical complexity into business value for executives and partners
