Senior AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and innovative AI Developer with strong experience in Python and full-stack application development, to design and implement AI-powered solutions across our organization. This role focuses on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, and cloud-based services into scalable applications that deliver business impact.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between software engineering and applied AI, working closely with data, architecture, and product teams to bring intelligent, production-ready AI features to life.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven applications and services using frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, or Hugging Face.

• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, etc.) into business applications and workflows.

• Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents that use vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning of pre-trained models when required.

Deployment & Integration

• Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities across systems.

• Deploy AI solutions in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications in production.

• Implement CI/CD automation for AI model and application releases.

Collaboration & Architecture

• Partner with Data Governance, Engineering, and Product teams to align AI capabilities with business needs.

• Translate technical concepts into practical solutions for end users.

• Support documentation, governance, and versioning of deployed AI assets.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor model and application performance, latency, and cost efficiency.

• Implement logging and observability to detect data drift and performance degradation.

• Continuously improve AI workflows through automation, retraining, and evaluation.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay up to date on AI and LLM advancements, including Agentic AI and emerging frameworks.

• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that enhance AI delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5–7+ years) as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or AI Developer with strong Python skills.

• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, or similar).

• Knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

• Experience developing RAG architectures and working with vector databases.

• Familiarity with frontend and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, React) for AI integration.

• Experience deploying in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm).

• Solid understanding of data pipelines, governance, and observability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents, prompt optimization, and model evaluation.

• Background in machine learning model deployment or MLOps.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong interest in emerging Generative AI trends and applications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
