Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at Cleartelligence, you will be a trusted client partner and strategic advisor, leading end-to-end data engagements that deliver high-impact business outcomes. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise, engagement management, and strategic vision.

You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, overseeing solution implementations, and managing cross-functional teams while ensuring client success. Your work will bridge business needs with technology solutions, helping organizations modernize their data ecosystems, enable self-service analytics, and scale data driven insights.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned data leader with a passion for solution architecture, data enablement, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and solution delivery, ideally within a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Expertise in modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt) and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Certifications with Snowflake highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data enablement strategies, including self-service analytics, data governance, and metadata management.
• A deep understanding of data engineering, analytics, and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent project and engagement management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
• A strong business mindset, capable of aligning technical solutions with enterprise goals.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
