
IT Analyst

Role Overview
ClearView is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will provide technical support across multiple systems, with a focus on Microsoft and Zoom products. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, support end users both remotely and in person, and help improve processes that enhance IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support through the help desk portal, phone, remote tools, and in person at our Newton office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, gathering necessary details to ensure effective resolution.
- Support core applications and services, with a focus on Microsoft and Zoom.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ClearView-supported systems.
- Monitor the help desk queue during business hours and participate in periodic weekend on-call coverage (~once every 5 weeks), plus one late shift per week (11am – 8pm).
- Review open tickets proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop expertise in at least two technologies and serve as a subject-matter resource.
- Collaborate with IT Operations to identify patterns, resolve recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
- Occasionally travel to other ClearView offices to support projects and rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred, or 1–2 years of related work experience in IT or customer support.
- 1–2 years’ experience supporting Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to all users.
- Detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative in learning new systems and technologies.
- Ability to be onsite at the Newton, MA office. This position is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in office and 1 day work from home.
