Digital Marketing Manager (Remote, US)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive demand, generate sales leads, engage customers, and promote revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for implementing the company’s go-to-market (GTM) programs to achieve measurable results across the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Clearwater’s GTM (go-to-market) program, with particular focus on digital channels to achieve the business’s revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention goals.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across email, organic social channels, and paid advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the company’s social presence and inform the full-funnel content strategy.
- Develop and manage the marketing campaign roadmap, including the creation of monthly email and social content calendars.
- Lead the creation of our 2025 sales pipeline and lead scoring system. Collaborate with the Sales team to create demand-generation and lead nurture email programs, providing thought leadership on audience targeting, messaging, content, and CRM instrumentation.
- Manage external agency relationships, including campaign briefings, regular reporting meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Manage marketing and resource expenses in line with the marketing budget.
- Provide input into the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, and provide weekly marketing program reports to marketing leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Customer Service, Analytics, and Finance.
- Drive adoption of new marketing tools and capabilities across the organization.
Key Competencies:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation, lead generation, and/or digital performance marketing role required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, required.
- Experience directly implementing, managing, and optimizing social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce), advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and LinkedIn), and Google Analytics is required.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in analyzing data to assess marketing initiatives' effectiveness and uncover optimization opportunities. Strong Excel skills are required, and experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
The compensation for this position depends on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and competencies. We are a remote first organization with employees in 25 states and 5 countries and growing! We offer competitive compensation, bonus’, and benefit packages, PTO (unlimited or 3 weeks accrued depending on the role) as well as a 401K match and regularly review these to align with industry standards. Pay Range
$90,000 - $120,000 USD
