Analyst, Vendor Management

What The Role Is

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain, the Vendor Master Analyst is responsible for the complete setup and maintenance of vendor master data in SAP and through our Vendor Management Platform. The primary objective is to serve as the primary point of contact for vendors to process updates to their vendor profile.

What You'll Be Doing

• Route vendor exceptions to appropriate management for approval
• Collaborate with Procurement, Site Teams & Accounts Payables to review Vendor Information as needed
• Develop functional scorecards and ensure process is uniformly executed by the organization
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of established methodologies and continue to drive improvements
• Improvement and standardization of current vendor creation policies and processes
• Create vendor KPIs in coordination with team and key stakeholders
• Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing information, inconsistencies, and validating information in Vendor Profiles. 
• Collaborates with the vendor to on-board them into our 3^rd party system. Communicates business needs and assists vendor during the on-boarding process.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience with master data management
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement/supply chain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Would Be Nice

• SAP experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
