What The Role Is

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Program Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a series of interconnected projects, initiatives, and actions aimed at achieving specific long-term goals for the Operations Teams. These coordinated efforts are designed to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall business success.

The role is focused on continuous improvement to ensure ongoing enhancement of operational processes and requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.

This is a hybrid role that will be preferably located in our San Diego Office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Program Development & Management: Design, document, implement, and oversee operations programs that support department goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Documentation & Processes Standardization: Create and maintain standardized documentation and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operational programs.
  • Training Facilitation: Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure program stakeholders are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute operational programs effectively. Develop, conduct, and maintain program management training to promote standardization within the Operations Team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track program performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead and document change initiatives within the operational programs, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Problem-solving & Risk Management: Identify potential challenges or roadblocks, proactively solving problems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management or operations management roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful programs or projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft suite).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

What Would Be Nice

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Power Generation maintenance experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations

$92,000 - $115,000 USD
