Project Administrator, Asset Management

What The Role Is

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Project Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team and support the execution and ongoing administration of compliance and reporting activities.

Pay Ranges by location:

  • Scottsdale/Denver - [$70,000 - $75,000]
  • San Diego - [$75,000 - $79,000]

What You'll Be Doing

Contract and Document Management:

  • Work with the Compliance team to review and extract pertinent deliverables and information from Contracts and other project documents and upload into Clearway’s compliance management system.
  • Work with Compliance, Asset Management, and Portfolio Finance teams to migrate new and existing project agreements into Clearway’s compliance management system.
  • Organize and extract information from multiple document storage locations into a centralized folder structure in SharePoint.
  • Support the administration of compliance activities, as needed.
  • Provide document management and reporting support, as needed.

 Procurement:

  • Work with Vendor Management and Supply Chain to set up new vendor registrations and make vendor updates as necessary.
  • Work with Operations, Purchasing, Vendors, and IT to optimally process routine and non-routine payables, and troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Generate intercompany payment requests.
  • Assist with improving and documenting payment processes.

 Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team.
  • Maintain project and contact reference lists in systems of record.
  • Update contact information with utilities and other external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ad hoc requests as necessary.

What You'll Bring

  • Understanding of basic accounting and procurement concepts.
  • Ability to read complex agreements for specific provisions related to payment and notice requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite to include Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a demanding environment and occasionally work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience uploading and managing large amounts of documents and organizing them into a set structure.
  • Experience manipulating and managing large amounts of MS Excel-based data.

What Would Be Nice

  • Associate’s degree, ideally in Accounting, IT/Data, or Business Administration, is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, operations, or general business administration in a corporate setting.
  • SAP and SharePoint user experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience working in the renewable energy industry is preferred.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

$70,000 - $79,000 USD
