ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager is responsible for collaboratively defining, planning, and executing organization-wide process improvement and related initiatives aligned with Clēnera's business strategy and Build Better initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in business operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Use big picture analysis to identify efficiencies, opportunities, and strategies to increase effectiveness. Oversee and coordinate projects across the organization, from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Lead large scale and/or complex cross-functional “Build Better” initiatives from concept to reality through oversight of a fast-paced, cross-functional team. Develop project plans including deliverables and timelines. Facilitate defining project scope, goals, priorities, deliverables and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with SMEs across the business on results-oriented projects focused on process improvement initiatives. Includes gap and/or root cause analysis, evaluating process flows, identifying areas of ineffectiveness, gathering/analyzing data, developing recommendations, and executing org-wide initiatives.
- Lead with clarity in uncertain situations, creating structure, fostering collaboration, and building consensus to drive successful project completion. Communicate frequently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in projects involving business analytics, business metric dashboards, and data analysis to ensure corporate visibility to key metrics. Identify leading/lagging indicators to quantify/track to measure performance of operational excellence.
- Prepare and deliver materials to communicate to the company’s leadership team around Build Better initiatives, priorities, and results.
- Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
- Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, renewable energy, or related industry.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
- Skills/Attributes:
- Self-motivated to work through complex problems and competing priorities, including a high level of detail and organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
