Integrated Solutions Architect
As an Integration Solutions Architect for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), you are crucial to our success. Your expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions that facilitate the exchange of electronic business documents between different systems and trading partners is invaluable. Your primary role involves understanding our organization's requirements, analyzing existing systems and processes, and designing EDI solutions to streamline data exchange and improve efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
- These core competencies enable an Integration Solutions Architect for EDI to design, implement, and manage robust EDI solutions that facilitate seamless electronic communication and collaboration across the supply chain.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to EDI integration, including document formats, communication protocols, and data mapping requirements, including non-functional requirements related to performance, scalability, and security
- Solution Design: Designing integration solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices. This includes selecting appropriate EDI standards (such as ANSI X12 or EDIFACT), defining message formats, and designing integration interfaces.
- System Integration: Integrating EDI and API solutions with existing business systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This may involve developing custom integration code or configuring integration platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of EDI transactions to ensure timely and reliable data exchange. This may involve performance tuning, troubleshooting, and implementing scalability measures.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for EDI transactions, such as HIPAA for healthcare or GDPR for data privacy. Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data during transmission.
- Documentation and Training: Documenting EDI integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Providing training and support to internal teams and trading partners on EDI usage and troubleshooting.
- Lead design discussions involving customers, implementation engineers, and integration developers.
- Present Cleo's iCleo'sntation plan to clients and articulate how the solution operates within the CIC (Cleo Integration Cloud) environment.
- Establish and document best practices for integration solutions.
Your Qualifications
- BachelorBachelor'spreferred
- Strong background in designing integration solutions with expertise in data transformation and application integration.
- Experience on API based Integration (REST, Authentication Mechanism)
- Knowledge/Understanding of basic Cloud Computing (AWS Preferred)
- Experience on common protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS)
- Optionally, experience with Visual tools (like VISIO)
